I'll hopefully post some recent catch up post to sum up my absence from lj.  But in the meantime, if some of you haven't heard...

Otakon:

Musical guest = Jam Project
So Masquerade will be back at the 1st Mariner Arena, so I'm supposing the concerts, and saturday hall costume contest will be there as well. But of course, I'm like, jeez, what a pain in the ass to walk uphill to the arena in planned costume.  And yes, planning on entering the hcc again....
so...um...who wants to push me up the hill? lol

probably have heard of them, wouldn't mind seeing them, but I hate waiting in the ungodly lines for concerts at ota of which I'm not even sure I'd enjoy...

I understand that, totally .I'm gonna be downloading some of their stuff before hand to see if liking one person in the band for other works is worth waiting in the line for...

I really wish I was into Otakon when L'Arc~en~Ciel was the guest... I love them and was soooo sad when I found out they were in America and I missed the chance to see them. I heard the line for that was murder.

Some of my friends have pictures of the line... the blocks and blocks and blocks of it. I think I remember seeing something like 7 blocks alone of it.

I remember thinking..."SUCKERS" cause no one was supposed to line up before 3pm that day, and people were stalking around the arena area "not being in line" And from what I heard, people who were in line got CLAWED up pretty badly by the crazy japanese girls who fought their way to the front.

After the line was let in, there was a ton of space left in the arena and people just casually walked in a found a seat. lol. I'll have to remember that...
