So as of Monday...ALL downtown hotels in baltimore were sold out of rooms with otakon rates.  I think that's a record.  I don't think they've ever sold out this early before. usually around april-may, but beginning of february?!?!?

I'm not going this year, at least not for the whole weekend, I might drive up on Saturday as it's superclose (now) but ever since they screwed the panel over and denied any compensation whatsoever (and they were dicks about it, Right Otakon, I'm sure you can't 'afford' to give ANYONE a $5 discount, especially those whom you screwed over due to your own mistakes!) I decided I probably wasn't ever going to give Ota any business.
